The pen and the text is nice, so are the colors. The problem comes from the big ugly circle you stuck the whole thing into. You see a big circle and all kinds of small elements floating inside which makes the whole thing fall apart.
I actually quite like it- it reminds me of an old fashioned bottle cap or something. The one thing that I thought might be worth mentioning is that those dots (and possibly even the pointy edges) are going to almost disappear if/when you print it on a small scale. Also, I would definitely make your name a bit bigger- I feel like it should pop out more than it does now. The pen almost grabs more attention than your name currently. (The "Since 1999" could maybe get a hair bigger as well!?)
I think all the elements used are quite nice. Unfortunately, there's no hierarchy or focus. I do think you could build something very nice with these parts – abandon your current approach to sizing and spacing and leave the large circle out of it. Anchoring a new composition to a shape could be the way to go, but the large – and mostly empty – circle is overpowering the sensitivity of some nicely designed pieces.

But overall, I think it's very well done!
