I realize you're trying to incorporate all the client spews out and that's good, but the client (as most are) can't see that clutter only represents brain diarrhea. Your job is to convince them of a solid brand image that doesn't look like photoshop clip art jumbled into a small space. Everyone who employs a media company knows what media is. You don't need to 4-6 images to represent what they already know. You might try loosing all the extra stuff and work the 4 arrow motif into a symbol that compliments the name.

You just can't have so many elements which are so small. It's against common sense, really. All of them would disappear when you reduce the size of the logo.

The centaur looks very much like a clipart. The red square symbol doesn't make sense.

The font work is utterly boring and the kerning out of this world.

Scratch that and start over.

I said it once before and apparently it didn't take at all, so I'll try saying these things oooooone last time and then I'll give up:

Stop using the side of the a and m as the i- it doesn't work.

Stop using cruddy clip art- they're all just tossed in and look sloppy, cluttered AND they're too detailed/small anyway. If reduced, as has already been pointed out to you, they'll disappear or look like smudges. (The thing in the 'i' is already unrecognizable.)

I'm guessing by your repeated attempts at the same thing that you're not a designer. Why not just shell out a few bucks and find someone on craigslist that can give you what you want- something that looks good!?

Start over- NO more clip art! NO more combining the a, i, and m!
