Brief from client
Logo for Educational Group the brief was the Business Association to become one logo
Without reading your description, I would have no idea what this is for. The K and A certainly help throw it off, since I would expect the organization/company to start with those letters.
Your "sun" element is interesting, I would start with that. Don't link your letters to the X like that, it makes it harder to read and doesn't add anything constructive to the piece. In fact, I don't think the X adds anything either. I understand the look you're trying to achieve, but I would first focus on solving the issue of not communicating the business name well.
For one, I would say this is way too tall for a logo, and otherwise I would have to agree with everything Killswitch said... I really have no idea what I'm looking at with this.
The best logos are done on paper with multiple renditions before you hit the computer, and this looks like you just opened Illustrator and started hacking away at the canvas. I would really suggest sketching out a few ideas before you start just putting random elements together like this.
