Lion heart-- anchor and a lion. That will work. Literal, but looks like a traditional company, that wants a traditional logo.
If I am wrong, excuse me- but looks like 2 pieces of clip-art to me. If you made them- then cool. But, I would get rid of the anchor - it looks tacked on.
It would work if you took some time to create your own lion but with this clipart that you just colored yellow... not really.
Cliparts never work on logos, specially if you put together two of different illustration style.
