1) The bee is too big.
2) It does not work that bee split the word. You can put up.
3) The font that is in the yellow container has problems kerning.

I like the idea of bee wings is the same character B.

i guess you had a nice idea but then it went downhill :)

it is hard to read the text, i see kerning issues,
the bee is oversized, the footer doesn't work.
as for the color black goes with almost everything so you can't go wrong with yellow.

Overall it is not good, keep working on it though! :D

That is yellow yellow, try to add a hint of another colour just to set it apart from stark 100% Y.

The main issue i have with this logo is that its way too generic, just because the title has bee in it doesnt mean you have to include a whole bee and even if you do include a whole bee it can be drawn a lot better than what you have there. Also the name of the company is little bees, however you have 1 big bee, it contradicts itself.

Do some research, take a look at other bee logos: https://www.google.com/search?q=bee+logos&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=h...

look how some of them have taken elements of a bee and how others have used a whole bee but been creative with it. Sketch some ideas out first before going straight to the computer.

a) The bee is too big and fat
b) The font style of the "Foundation" could be different or another color fill
c) The same word "Foundation" is too small

If the name of the company is "Little bees" why not use more bees, 2 or 3, and make them smaller and simpler. This will add some dynamics, like they're flying, not like this one, that seems pined to the wall
