Brief from client
Logo for the LivingBetter company - well being, wellness, healthy living, dietary suplements, life improving techniques, workshops etc...
It was ment to be callighraphic sign taken from far east alphabet - anyway - show me more examples of such creature you call obnoxious stickman ;-)
Many logos (including yours) use similar symbols - why it must be something wrong?
Everything is wrong with using "stickman", it's unimaginative, boring, dull, overused to hell and beyond and unless it's a funny figure on the public lavatory door, there will never be anything creative about it.
Man... there are about quarter of a million logos using stick figures out there, just do a search on google, you are not that stupid (I hope).
Claiming my graphic mark is similar to 'stickman' got me snickering.
Pretty brave statement for an illiterate and uneducated amateur.
Offense is often the best defense but in this case it will not work.
You need a lot to learn before even thinking of calling yourself a DTP operator (you will never be a designer, that is for sure).
With your limited perception and feeble mind you probably won't be able to learn much but if you study hard who knows, maybe there is hope.
That's exactly what I thought - young and not specially talented (vide it's few published samples whose I have pointed as examples – not your graphic mark as you cunningly noticed) creature who only can bark loudly and rude - nothing concrete, professional and no any sign of cultural behaviour. Just the product of our times - substitute of designer, educated in one of this cheap web courses. Pretending to be an expert. It makes me laugh. Just have really critical look at your works and be more... modest. And learn, learn and learn again, my boy. For the start – from Ivan Raszl. But, first learn to behave like cultured human being, not tramp. To criticize doesn’t mean „to insult”. Well, it’s waste of time writing to you. No more…
I think it looks nice, but it also looks stock. If your looking to stand out I think this does it, but it does not separate you from the group. It's simply a smooth good looking looking that is as most people have agreed, used a lot.
Think people are being overly harsh here and trying to out rank other designers/design enthusiasts by trying to belittle them with 'superior' knowledge.
Back to the logo, nice logo - not unique no but presentable none the less. Personally I would have the gradient on the line going the other way so it doesn't go through the man or better still lose it all together and maybe decrease the man 20%.

This symbol or similar ones appear in too many logos. Otherwise it's ok.
Ugggh. Sick of this swooshy dude symbol....it's everywhere.
Why does it always have to be that obnoxious stickman?
This is pathetic.

Thank you for sharing the wisdom your brilliant mind came up with, I really enjoyed reading this. :)
