it would be nice to have some sort of information as to what the logo is for. Right now the it looks like a menu. How about a little help.

It would also be easier to critique and give a fair evaluation if it was displayed on a solid background without the distracting background. That stuff is fine for usage but we're trying to critique the logo itself.

I don't know what this logo is...but I know that the graphic inside the other graphic is too much! It does not seemed centered, it overlaps in odd places, and I can't distinguish what it is supposed to be! No offense, but it looks like 2 stock or clip art graphics stuck together over a name.
Maybe more info would help.... but really if you can't tell what a logo is, then it is not working anyway.
