I like this logo a lot. I'd make a bit wider kerning for PRODUCTIONS to make it more readable and I'd make the snake more unique to make sure noone else got it in their logo: http://vapingcobra.com.au/
the thumbs for symbol is a big one. You got to simplify the figure of the snake in order to maintain details at smaller scale. Also the tail....is something weird there, it ends in the symbol and than, pooh, a part of the tail in the o. That's something that look unprofessional. If you want to add some piper to the logo play a different game, this will give a bad impression.
Yep yeeeep, just simplify the cobra a bit and fix the kerning on "productions" (maybe even kern it out to be just as wide as 'Venom' even?) and you'll be set. Although I'd be a little tempted to increase the white space between the arms of the E, and I don't think the snake's tail overlapping the O is even necessary!? OH and I'd also make the top where the v and the snake's head meet align better - right now there's a TINY little corner visible- I think it should be a perfectly smooth transition- using the snake's head as the dip between the two sides of the v. Does that make sense!?
