Yeah, I much preferred version 3. The M kind of looks awkward here. I liked it as a standalone symbol, rather than making it fit as part of the name.

Personally, I prefer this one.

But both interations work and don't have to be exclusive.

This one makes less sense because now there is a “T” at the beginning of the mark. Version three was better. The “M” can function with or without the name.

Yup, now I am also liking version 3 more. Because in this there will no meaning of monogram containing M and T. People will just see it as M. Thanks for reviews.

You could probably use them both along the same branding standards and it would be completely ok. You might need a horizontal version of the logo down the road anyway, and this one fits with version 3. Just swap out your symbol with the one from version 3 and you're good to go.
