I think the symbol is too complicated. That and it is a mix of two overused and dated elements.

To me the font is very 80's and not the most readable out there.

I think you should stick to one element and bring it up to date.

Sorry, just my opinion. I could be wrong : ).

ps- please get rid of the "r" symbol... or take it off of the text and apply it where it should be.
