Long Trail Glass is a high end glass shop in denver, co. It originated in Vermont on the long trail. The arrow symbolizes actual hiking trail signs.

This logo doesn't suggest anything about what type of glass. It is a generic logo that could be used by anybody.
I think you've got some work to do...
You mention the shop being in Denver with an origin in Vermont, but the bear silhouette screams California due to it's state flag. I would also leave the address out of your logo, it's not really the right place for an address. What happens if your address changes? Now you've got printed materials, etc. with incorrect information.
I don't mind the Denver, Colorado being there, but watch your kerning. Spacing always looks funny when putting text on an arch if you don't go in manually and adjust the spacing.
Your colors remind me of dirty glass. I would re-think a color scheme that is maybe relevant to the area (Denver), or something that is a little more eye-catching. Your earth tones aren't doing you any justice.
The thing I think you have going is your reference to a hiking trail. I'm not quite sure how high end glass and hiking go hand in hand quite yet, but maybe with some adjustments to your logo, you could convey that a little better. Keep fighting the good fight, you will get there.
