As you gave no brief I'll just add my thoughts on not knowing anything about this company:

Are you guys a levitating company? Cause that would be awesome.

I dont like the blue, its too calming. You guys are construction/levitating you need more action in it. Try flames. Chicks dig flames.

I dont care for the text wrapping around the logo on the bottom, mostly cause its way too much wordage. I'm not going to read that(unless it had flames on it!)

What is with the blue halfcircle with the dark blue to black lines connecting? I think that by itself would make be a good symbol for a levitating and/or construction business.

Do something MORE with Imhotep. Right now its just sitting there, blending in with the rest of the design. GIVE IT SOME FLAMES!

(I mixed in my serious critique with some fun, cause you gave me nothing to work with[i also just binged on reading The Oatmeal, so I'm a little immature currently])
