Although this is a very nice light bulb, the light bulb concept is over used right now. The mixing of upper case and lower case text is disturbing as well as the alignment of "consultancy" with "marcom". "marcom" looks good in lower case, why not go with that for both.

Get rid of that light bulb. That looks so cheesy its not even funny. The box is nice. Take the CONSULTANCY part and raise it up so it hits the black. Then make the MARCOM bigger so its end to end on the box and lower it a bit so it meets the CONSULTANCY part. Ta da. You got something there.

lightbulb lines are too thin, if you want to keep the bulb make lines a little more visible, or better:remove it!
For the typo: the Ns in Consultancy have very sharp angles and don´t look good next to the round and soft curves o marcom. evaluate the whole concept and try again.
