This is not working for me.

The silhouette looks very stiff as if that poor woman had a terrible accident that destroyed her back. Also, looking at the position of her legs, it seems she was also horribly cut in half at the waist. But as it's looking now, her legs and waist are clearly not connected.

That liquid dripping over the very clip-arty looking glass looks more like some kind of piss yellow goo rather than a fluid transparent martini. Maybe that poor girl, on top of being cut in two and having a bad back, is also bathing in some super radioactive slime. What has she done to you to deserve this?!! =)

More seriously, the silhouette and the glass definitely look like you picked them up on some vector library. You really have to create every single element yourself. Doing otherwise will show and make your logo look amateurish and lazy.

Also, the symbol isn't as black as the word mark.

i did make everything myself, but clearly not a good job. I will remake it from the start. Thank you and i did laugh a little when i saw your message :D

The concept for this is sold.

I suggest taking this core idea and sketching out a bunch of ideas for how this could look better.
Right now it is just a mudflap girl in a glass, but it could be so much more!
