maze zone

Well... I'm guessing this is a logo for some kind of game? It has potential but I don't think it's quite there yet. I was expecting the little maze icon to look like an M and a Z somehow (which it kind of does if you squint a little). If you worked at it a little more, I'm sure you could achieve that, which seems to me like the obvious thing to do but it would still look pretty cool.

As for the type... well, I'm not really digging it. Maybe because the sharp edges of the symbol above contradict with its roundness.

I agree. The symbol should contain the letters M and Z. Right now it's confusing. Hope to see the next version soon! :)

This reminds me of 2 things when I looked at it, there was a club in Miami called "Nocturnal Nightclub" without the text on the bottom, that top logo reminds me of it. Also, Nvidia, for some reason it keeps me thinking about nvidia (i know it isn't nvidia) but just the colors i think. Take a look at Nocturnal Nightclub's logo and you'll see what I mean about it. Overall, not bad.
