MDJ Motorsport

Not bad inscription MDJ looks, but I have read, as MDI.MotorSport isn't read in a small format, and, as for me, it there not a place. I think it is necessary to clean style from a circle (I so have understood that it is made by means of Photoshop), simply make its one tone. In your case - red.

Definitely reads as "MDI" and Motorsport is to "graffiti-ish." Many problems will arise by not creating your logos in vector format. The stripes fading to white will lose their effect on a blue car for instance.

You are one happy raster guy but this is not going to work for more reasons then just your unprofessional execution.
There is no real creative idea here I just see a overused and overdone boring swoosh, bad typography that doesn't red like it should and a bunch of unnecessary gradients.
You need to go back to school and learn something useful about graphic and logo design.

As they say "brevity - the sister of talent"... Simplify and will be happiness ;)
And still... In a vector

Burn the swoosh, make it vanish to never come back.

Use solid colors in the striped ribbon and paint the gray stripe with black so you have black-white-red-white-black.

Make the "MDJ" look like "MDJ" so people can read it as "MDJ". Keep it italics.

At the bottom of "MDJ" put that inscription that I can't read.

Do all that and you'll have a digestible logo
