There is a lot more going on here than is needed.

In thumbnail, I couldn't even attempt to make out your symbol, so first of all, that needs to be bigger. Does it need the yellow to convey its message? It really just makes it harder to see. The dots beside it are just fluff and taking away from the impact.
Speaking of fluff, the various banners can go, they are only taking away from the logo by being there.
Lobster font is no longer creative, as it is everywhere. It is kicking Brush Script's ass right now! You may want to change that, but don't change it to Bleeding Cowboys please!
