Its a good idea, bit its to messy.
You can leave some parts of the symbol.
Also the typo is to messy create some rest in the word, now i can barley read it :O! But don't give up!
Yeah, I find this too complicated too, you need to make the symbol sympler, probably by taking out some colors. Forget what you are trying to do with the company name, it doesn't work at all, looks like you screwed it up accidentaly.
