I think this logo works, i do not normally like flashy look at me logos but this is pretty cool! nice work. i think the shadows work too and its all a 2 -color logo..

i see it a little too complex , not regarding the elements but regarding their number....I would get rid of the dialog bubble....the rest is fine and well done.
