Brief from client 

Customer wanted a logo that had a modern Mexican vibe, so not to Mexican due to most of the customers being Americans.

**Restaurant is misspelled!** =)
But, this is, in my opinion, very solid work. If there was anything I could possibly nit-pick on would be that the E may be slightly to close to the dotted line, which creates a tiny tension point. But truly, that is minor!

Crazily enough,

I love the black and white version, and really dislike the color version.

I think it misses the mark by having 6 colors, some of which clash greatly.

Narrow it down to at least 3 colors, and I think you have a solid logo.
