Good colors, nice font, strong icon..good job.
Still rocking the gradients : )--- But it works here and isn't obnoxiously done. Good work.
It's good, but I would remove the drop shadow.
Idea might be good - coffee grains are a bit overused but combining them with brains is something new - but I don't like how the logo looks.
It's too dark and murky and definitely does not convey that your "Cafe" is a happy place where people come to enjoy each others company and good coffee.
I have a feeling some brain eating zombies are hanging there to catch some fresh brains, sorry.

I like this as a concept but the execution is a bit amateur. Have you done this in Photoshop? If so redraw it in Illustrator before doing anything else.
Typography isn't good, needs looking into. Drop the grads and drop shadows and go from there.
Design wise, picking up from an earlier comment about it looking a bit dark. I think its the thick black stroke, I don't think its required. I have removed all black from the logo very crudely just to show how a colour can influence a mood and as I type this looking at it I feel its lost the coco bean look but I've done it now. ;)
No mate, the logo is made in Illustrator, no Photoshop at all. And about logo being dark - it is because of the background. I have picked wrong one. When you put it on white bg. it doesn't look that dark. Thanks for your comments.
No need to get defensive! If you uploaded the wrong logo then that's your fault and the reason I mentioned Photoshop is because the black stroke looks bumpy. I still dislike the logo and fully appreciate my 15 second effort didn't add much but quite simple the typography is weak and although the idea has potential the execution is poor. And I think everyone will agree on that.
The idea is genius. I would tweak the coffee beans a little bit.
For instance, the coffee bean of the center would look exactly like those at it sides. I would make those question marks and coffee beans look more like hand made. I like the fonts and would remove the gradients.
