you almost there adjust the space between the symbol and the word, EUCALIPTUS <------- kindly fix the kerning.and try to remove the stroke of the circle its too redundant.well that's make it simple.

I also think that some space between the symbol and the wordmark is necessary.
Lose the frame of the symbol and use a darker green on the text.
Another thing, try flipping the leaves vertically and see if they look better

Aceito, mas na minha opinião, longe do ideal.
You need to bring the text down from the symbol so they are not touching
proportions seem off as well, and have the outer ring match the same color of green as the leaf
waaaay better....work on this symbol and should be good
