Palabras textuales de mi cliente:
...Una oruga, una mariposa, una galaxia, algo que represente un cambio de estatus social (pasar de soltera a casada y de estar embarazada a dar a luz).
Los colores que me interesan como principales son el morado, el plateado, el negro y el blanco, con matices y sombras azules y rosas.
El Nombre: MI- Moments Inoubliables.
Fait de ce moment quelque chose d’inoubliable.
El cambio, la metamorphosis... realidad y sueño juntos.

Nice idea, but I'm not sure it works in small sizes.
I think it's an interesting idea, but it's too complex. Simplify!
bien hecho, pero si es muy pequeño.. no funcionar.
no hablo español bien, lo siento : ).
Idea has merit but execution is a bit problematic. Typography and text eligibility is fine but graphic mark has too much elements, central part (body) looks like an alien turd and dotted wings turn to foggy lump when logo is scaled down to very small size. There are too many colors here, reduce colors on 'turd' part to improve legibility.
Have you tried this in b&w (black logo on white background), I have a feeling it won't work.
