I think it'd be better to present your logo on a simple white background, without any mockup get up.

Presentation is great but it's quite difficult to give a sound opinion. Provide a simple version instead.

Off the bat, the logo reminds me of food, hot dog stand... the red and dark yellow, not feeling them for wood industry.

But I agree with Shawali, and ricardozea; A un-mocked up version of the logo will be necessary for me to give a honest critique.
