No no no. The letters inside the shield are not very legible - as I don't know if it says MW or MUU.
The letters are also crammed into the triangle, and the placement doesn't look good, in my opinion.
The white/grey border does not separate well against white background.
The weight of the font which says BASIC DESIGN looks uneven, and therefore unrefined.
Lastly, as a result of all the above, the overall takeaway looks amateurish and unbalanced. And - since this is a logo for a design company (I assume) - I have to be especially critical, because the logo is representative of the product you are selling.
My advice? Start over.
Enough said.
