New Source - Enviromental Packaging

Brief from client
Design a mark that conveys the core of the business - environmental materials used for a corrugate packaging company.
We designed the mark with the "green" concept. The play on the name conveyed that the company was a New Source for their clients, but it also conveyed they used new materials for their packaging solutions. We wanted a "friendly" but contemporary look. The owner is young and full of exuberant energy. (www.valiantpacks.com)

I liked, in my opinion I dont like the gradient in each of the letters separately. Maybe you can try only one gradiant and the green bar down its very big. But I liked. Seriusly,. Sorry for my bad englsih.
Very nice. A few remarks : I would make the leaf a bit more round like the O would be, not to much. The fine lines in the leaf should come back somewhere else an at last i would'nt place the tag line in negative (maybe that could correspond with the fine lines from the leaf). The colour seems ok, if you could make it a bit more flashy i would'nt mind.
Maybe make the leaf a bit bigger lower ? fix the gradient a little bit a little less white in it. i love the design nice work!
