It is too simple. A little amateur. Why dont you tray something else, new ideas. Maybe a white flag surrounding a globe....

the globe is too complex for a logo, try make the whole globe but simpler, look at the style "atlas air" did it for example. About the flags, do only one if you can, also more stylish and (as geracao well suggested) surrounding the globe.

Maybe instead of the globe having the continents on it in green you could just use some white latitude and longitude lines instead!? Then the whole thing could work in two color as well, and it might make the globe pop out more, because right now it kind of blends in with the blue background. (And you could try the whole thing without that blue background too!) I think the font looks nice though- kind of nautical but simple.
