As the brief says: whatever. This is not a logo, man. I can barely see elements and distinguish stuff in it. I would say, with sarcasm of course , it almost destructuralist.....

Too many elements, gradient and drop shadows. This is way too messy.

This looks like a cocktail in a cheap Caribbean bar. I see 8 elements in the logo. Trash 6 of them and it will get a bit better.

Nope, Try again - I won't say its a mess, but it looks like cheap clipart patchwork... - Draw your own graphics, and if this doesn't work, stop and let someone else do the job. , sorry. - :-(
