the shape of the shield is what bothers me the most, too complex , make it simple ( http://ropa-to.deviantart.com/art/Human-Crest-166426324 ), take a look at the link. The outline is the second thing that bothers me, we know in gaming logos you got to put effects and 3D stuff but try to imagine a real shield, so make this outline look 3D, give more subtstance to this aspect of the logo. The font is not on my taste, pretty unreadable I guess...

its too simple. Doesn't have a wow factor, the shield??? not a good shape. you have white stroke and black strokes that are all different sizes and it most certainly doesn't have a combat feel. nor does it reference remembrance in any shape or form. I would say the colours are more sporting than combat....

I like how pointy your shield is here, and I really don't find a problem with the shape of the shield itself. I feel like you're relying on strokes a bit too much, try taking the strokes off of pretty much everything. Maybe taking the "Team" copy off of the shield itself and enlarging the NK. I dunno, it seems like an ok start for a video game groups logo, it just needs a good bit of work with the font and layout. Sketch up some alternatives on paper until something stands out to you.
