Brief from client
O mundo de Débora Anne is a brazilian brand of handmade/personalized handbags, backpacks and other accessories for women with fantasy themed designs.
This one is just a second option for the client. I'm using the comments you wrote on the first logo to enhance that option.
I want to know what you guys think of this second option.

I hate to say this, but I think your previous composition was stronger. What issues did you address in this one that wasn't in version 1? It had nice symmetry and had that "movie title" look.
My opinion still stands where the small shapes are concerned. I think they're too thin to hold up under reduction and visibility from a distance.
Yes, I agree with you. I like the simmetry on the first logo, but the client asked exactly the oposite on this version. She wanted to see what the logo would look like if I added more "movement" to it.
I prefer the first option, not because I think this one is worse than the first, it's just that I like the "movie title" look and the simmetry of the first one, like you said.

I agree, first version worked better. This one doesn't add anything. In fact it takes away what made the vertical version work.

These comments are actually going to help me a lot to convince the client to use something with the looks of the first logo! hahaha

Be careful with showing comments from here to your client. Last year, I got a mail from a designer who posted a logo here asking me if I could remove my comments. She apparently had a lot of stupid constraints from the client, the kind of which prevented her from achieving a good logo. We told her that in the comments, with some choice words about clients being major PIA sometimes.
The client for some reason read the comments and she got in a lot of trouble apparently.
I think clients are better off not seeing what's being said on BotW =)
So they insisted on bad design AND used her as a scapegoat for expressing how the client felt about the comments. Wow.
I think this problem is very common with everyone and that is their email folder. Most of the time from somewhere your email of WRITE MY ESSAY FOR ME stops receiving. You do not receive any sort of email. They may get in your trash or somewhere else.
