allright so first i have no clue what your logo is about... add a description it would help :)
I don't like the font, as for the mask/cat you should rework it from scratch

To add to what Darkreixor said, I would like to point out that the eyes/nose appear out of place in relation to the head shape. That's probably what appears "off" about it.

But more importantly, I'm not sure exactly what you're promoting, unless it's for a designer logo.

For the typography, I'm not really digging the inverted letter scheme. It's one of those things where I think most of the time it doesn't look good, but occasionally you can get away with it. Here it appears a bit random and gimmicky.

I'd also stay away from whatever yellow/brown you chose there. Doesn't look pleasing at all.

Totally agree with Darkreixor and xTheKillswitch , want to add that you " NIN " in " KAZENIN " reminds me of that clever nail it logo with reversed N's. I think it is time to sketch many different ideas and see what can you come up with and put this one aside for now, Good luck!

The idea was that it was a wolf. About the colors, the choice was defined by a prior study of joints black and yellow, which in my opinion gives a certain sobriety and elegance the brand. As for the criticism, though negative in some respects, I will take into consideration and redo the study. Thanks to those who commented !!
