The symbol does not look that good and it's hard to see some letters in it as well

Ok, with lots of imagination I see the letters PMA in the logo, but as I said - with LOTS of imagination..... - my opinion - very hard to see. Try something else - in the symbol...

Very modern looking. In fact a bit too modern, impossible for me to understand. maybe in an abstract category. The two sharp peaks give you a pretty bad feeling and also it feels like a part is missing from a square. Brown is not my color, sorry about that.

modernism is fine but in logos we have to understand what is all about. Make it readable and use a decent font for a logo.
