I like option 1 for its simplicity. I don't see the "D" at all in option 2, but it's very busy. Option 3 doesn't work for me at all but it's cleaner than option 2.
Better yet, keep this thread so all of us can see the comments and then post the revised design in a new post so we can change our ratings and rate a single design.

Take #1, give equal spanning to all sides between the mark and the carrier.
Fill out the mark all white. Half black, half white makes no sense.
Please delete this and post each logo individually.

The worst is 2.
In my opinion the colors are too boring for a designer logo.
