The thin/thick in your strokes and the curves need a lot of work. For example- look at the thickness of J vs the W. And the curves on the left of the J and where the letters meet is really wonky.
It looks very forced. And it looks really rushed, with little planning.
Try hand lettering your initials?
Ditch the shield. Unless you work in a security related business, it doesn't really relate to anything else.
The monogram is interesting, but as far as I'm concerned, it reads "AW". Also, it needs some massive tweaking, as it looks all messed up right now.
