Does this say JW? EDIT: ok I found your prior logo.

This is a good start that can be a lot better, the J with the shape that has formed (sideways tear drop - of sorts) could be read as it's own character/glyph.

For some reason it is giving me a basketball team vibe, not sure if it's the colors or the movement of the tear drop shape.

I don't think the J needs the double lines or rather gap in lines created by the tear shape - would be more easily read if simplified.
