So many things are just wrong here I don't know where to start.

OK, abstract camera graphic is unimaginative, overused and pretty ugly.
Typography is very ugly. Why did you flip the last S?
Semi circle over U looks like a keyhole with a camera, what are you trying to say here, that this magazine is for peeping toms taking pictures of people thru keyholes of their apartments?

Sorry, not digging this. Too generic. That font is not working for you. I don't really know how to start making improvements. I would just start sketching again.
