Prestige IT

Brief from client

I NEED YALLS HELP.

So this is definitely a work in progress. First draft here.

So the company is Prestige IT. My client wants to communicate that they do computers, phones, and networking.

I definitely did not want to use literal symbols for those, as technology becomes outdated quickly. and I also needed to work in "Prestige".

So, my concept is a technology based shield, for defense, solidarity, and of course the actual definition of prestige.

So, give me all of your thoughts.

The shield idea is good & i like the gold & blue, the symbol looks too much like a device though - i would keep it simple & abstract, maybe a crown-topped shield form (for prestige) with a minimal shape inside like a P made of network nodes & lines to stand for devices & networking.

It feels a bit too overcomplicated. Try to zero in further on a central design. Your shield approach is good (I especially like the subtle outer shape), but inside is a bit cluttered.

Also, avoid the symbol on top. That looks awfully close to the USB symbol.

Font is ok, could be better. Maybe choose one with a bit more personality.

Good luck!

Impressive first draft. Good color scheme.

The symbol inside the shield seems too complicated to understand rather than knowing what the symbol means at one glance.

Also, I had the habit of trying to understand the symbol before reading the brief and I thought the company is called "Prestige It". Maybe it's something you can consider on your next drafts.
