I was told to make a logo that would apply to all the companies
Needs to look business oriented
Main clients are lawyers
Color are blue and Orange - will get to it later I need the shape to look nicer first

the reason I did not maker the tag line the same length as the title is because I also need to make the logo in french

This is going in a good direction. What if the "A" was lowered a bit to allow the cross in the "Q" to be a little more natural. There is nothing really wrong with the type, but it seems a little too similar to the "QA". Again, not a bad thing, but it takes some emphasis away from the "QA". Since you have multiple tag lines of varying widths, what about right justify the tag line with the service brand and make it a bit smaller? (to also not detract from the "QA"
I agree with 2423. do the symbol like monito show to you... but much better now
