The idea for the queen bee is good, but I look like gueembee tifografi,,, and for the logo on the right side faintly visible.

I think this logo has potential! It looks rather rough at the moment, but i think with some refinement of your icon shapes and better structure it can be a great logo. I would suggest editing your logo to something slightly more simplified and choose ONE icon to represent the brand. Two is too distracting.
