My only concern is that there is not enough contrast between the flower and the kind of curbed arrows behind.

But I agree with Shawali, I think you should make the contrasts between the flower and the arrows a little bit stronger. And maybe make the slogan "youth newspapper" a little bigger? Really nice logo though, congratulations.
