Sorry, I am not liking anything about this. Glowing, shiny 3-D logos just don't work. This is poorly executed even if it did work. Bad font. The symbol would fall apart in one color or at a small scale. AND are doctors really that associated with droppers? Maybe a syringe. I think this is a throw away. Sorry buddy... back to the sketch pad.

I like it, but not for the target market. If it was for a young hip station it would be cool, but for medical professionals this is not serious enough. The headphones should be bigger as they are lost.

I don't know. I get mixed feelings about this.
I like the color scheme but I don't like the use of gradients. Typography is good but again it could work better without gradients.
Symbol is too complicated for a logo, headphones are too small and they do not sit well, also the whole composition is just too tall and when scaled down to small size symbol becomes a indistinguishable mess.

You could try using plain abstract syringe and bigger headphones or...
in reality headphones are overused, burnt out idea, loose the headphones.
Align green filling on 'Dose' properly, it's falling out of letters now.
To cut a long story short - simplify and make it well rounded (not so tall).

I like the colors, the type defnitly work, but.....You have to sketch up lil bit more! Maybe use a seringe or perhaps you should quit the ideia of something droping this green stuff and concep´t another way to show the dose.....

Maybe showing the dosage marks somewhere!

I'm not 100% convinced this is working from a 'medical' point of view. The eye dropper doesn't really have enough medical/pharmaceutical connotation to enforce the message and the headphones on the top of the dropper are too small to be noticed unless you're really looking. I also have to agree with some of the other comments that the choice of typography gives the logo a bit of a cartoony feel and not that of a serious radio station offering information.

If I were you, I'd try to make the headphones bigger. They're already too little to notice at first sight now, I doubt they will be clear enough when scaled.

I like the one without gradients way better, but I would keep "Radio" closer to "Dose", like you did in the first one.

Did you try with any other font? It doesn't look bad in the second version you posted, but I honestly didn't like it in the first. I would at least work a bit on the R, but maybe it's just personal taste :)
