Brief from client
Looking for a new design. Clients are upscale munic sellers up to austria (.at)
You know, the roof isn't half bad. I think it can definitely work, given that it deviates at least a little bit from the normal triangular roof template for most housing or construction companies.
The typography, on the other hand, has got to be tweaked. That script font doesn't work in the slightest. Also, the serifs on the upper text get very thin. I would certainly stay in the serif family, since it denotes more "class" and "upper class." Just be sure that your fonts work better together. At the moment they're mixing together like oil and water.
the house shape has been used a million times before. It is trite. Scriptina has its place, but it has been overused. There are too many "ts" in this logo, the Scriptina gets heavy handed. I would choose a simple, sanserif font in place of the Scriptina. I am not too fond of the serif font, but I could live with it. I think there are so many serif fonts that are clean. The tail of the R just seems to fight with the angularity of the roof.

Yup, boring simple and over complicated font work.
Start over following this process: research, sketch, sketch again and then sketch again.
