The idea is ok for the symbol but it's not a nice graphic and is forced to be a tiny part of a crowded text. You should try to find another way to integrate your graphic. You should also find a thicker, more readable, more exciting font and forget forcing all the words together without any gaps. You should also forget changing the color in the parts of the text this way, it makes my eyes jump out.
