I like the general idea, I just have a bit of a problem reading the text. If the lettering was a little less radical and a bit more readable I think you're there. Well done.
I really like it. Maybe, change the font color to solid one, blue or green. A little more contrast to read.
I'd like to see this as two solid colors, just for kicks. I think this might get lost in some applications due to the type and background being so similar. I love the movement of the type though.
