Your letters are way too close together. Whatever your variations are, they should have a lot more breathing room than that.

Am I supposed to be able to see an "M" somewhere, or are the initials just RD? Just making sure.

I would like a version where the top of the orange "D" isn't behind the "R". That's really the biggest thing that bothers me.

I would also make your orange brighter. It looks a bit too dull here.

Edit: I swear, if this really is Felix...

It is not pretty, I appreciate the hand drawn letters but... I also do not.
They aren't proportionate and you have a lot of different widths going on.
I do not think the R is working and also; there is no M at all.
The font has horrific kearning and could use some TLC.
I think you should take this back to the drawing board my friend.
