Eeesh... Everything one shouldn't do when designing a logo ;)

Way too many effects, gradients, fonts that do not match each other that overlap over the losange in the back, making them hard to read.

And that obvious clip art of a symbol. It's really hard to make a car out of it, with all these superfluous details and effects.

This is not working at all, unfortunately.
