Personal logo just for practice/potential use.
I should add that it reads DMJ, as those are my intitials.

I can only assume that no comments is a good thing right?
I like the idea - i can see the pencil.... im just not sure that its been executed that well.. the J is hard to tell that its a J
I suggest trying some different fonts and adding some colour might help, because at the moment it doesn't quite have that professional feel to it
I didn't use a font for this, just a series of geometric lines, I do agree about the J though, I'll keep working on it. :)
The J definitely looks like a D on its side. The arrow doesn't do anything for me either. Try some new ideas out; I feel minimal effort was poured into this. Good luck.
You know what? I'm liking this. Maybe you could just shorten the "serif" of the J, so it look less like a upside down D, as Killswitch pointed out.
But other than that, I works.
Id like to see a version where the characters aren't stuck together, though.
