The first thing that catches my eye is the kerning; the "v" and "e" need to be joined. The typeface brings back a colonial feel, and the browns combined with the leaves (?) on the right make me think of something rustic, as opposed to a relaxing day spa. Is there a reason you strayed from greens or blues?
Looks like you used two types of paint brushes to make the "S" and the "even". Then you used Illustrator to make the petals of that flower. Need to make all the traces look homogeneous.
I think it will work. The space in "seven" needs to be fixed. The spacing in "day spa" is not working. Just use traditional treatment there. Make everything the same brown... or whatever color works best, and give the flower at the end the same chunky treatment as the letters and I think it will be a simple pleasant logo.
I think that the first variant is better than the second. But colors need to be changed, as well as a font "dayspa". A flower make more elegantly and in color
2nd version could probably work if you fix that 'day spa' thing but...
This kind of typography for the main title and especially color choice is highly questionable. I mean, if it's a mud bath spa, ok, this could work but if it's a normal spa - epic fail.

Thanks for all the comment, I'll fix what ever need to be fix.
This is another one that I've updated. I think there is still something wrong with the words Dayspa...???

I like it,,,maybe play a bit more with the "Day Spa" font
That new font on "Dayspa" is too western. Try something sans-serif and round like Helvetica or Vagabond.
Shouldn't it be "Day Spa" instead of "Dayspa"?
