Spire

At first glance I say forget the gradient is quite annoying.
And please leave a description of their work.

That thing is the background look more like an iceberg than a spire.

Globally, this is quite poor. The composition is very unpractical, the gradient is super dull... You'd have a better shot at a good logo by removing the iceberg altogether and go for a word mark, with playing subtly with the i.

i think it doesn't work on so many level:
the font, and also what you have in the background doesnt look good.

just an advice : don't use gradients
