I LOVE it, i think this is a GREAT job!
You are even able to flat-en the colors to solids if the process needed it..
Only critiquing i can do is.
Maybe a similar font on STARK not a fan of the R
and on the S maybe round out the inside a bit more.
I uploaded a quick copy with my changes =)
I also slanted the green and blue to create the shape a little more. =)

I like it for the most part! Although (and this might not be a bad thing necessarily) all I see is two fish circling each other...!? And I like the modifications to the font that Monito did.
